Refund Policy

Overview We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your item, we’re here to help. Please read through our refund policy to understand how to request a return or refund.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
• Be in its original packaging.
• Have the proof of purchase.
• Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

• For the item marked as "NO Return / NO Refund".
• Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Process for Refunds

1. Contact Us: Email us at info@gtzone.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item.
2. Return Approval: We will confirm if your item is eligible for a return and provide you with shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipment: Send the item back to us and provide tracking number.
4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business day. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@gtzone.com.au.

Change of mind or incorrect item ordered

If you’ve changed your mind, ordered the wrong item, or can’t find someone to install the product, we’re happy to accept a return — but please note:

• A 10% restocking fee will apply and will be deducted from your refund.

• If the item was purchased without our advice or against our recommendation, the same restocking fee applies.

• You are responsible for making sure the item is safely packaged and protected during return shipping.
  If it’s damaged in transit, we may not be able to process the refund and may return the item back to you.
