Refund Policy

Overview We want you to love your purchase! If you are not satisfied with your item, we’re here to help. Please read through our refund policy to understand how to request a return or refund.

Refund Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, your item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Be in its original packaging.
  • Have the proof of purchase.
  • Be returned within 30 days of delivery.

Non-Refundable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for:

  • For the item marked as "NO Return / NO Refund".
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Process for Refunds

  1. Contact Us: Email us at info@gtzone.com.au within 30 days of receiving your item.
  2. Return Approval: We will confirm if your item is eligible for a return and provide you with shipping instructions.
  3. Return Shipment: Send the item back to us and provide tracking number.
  4. Refund Processing: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund within 7 business day. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange, please contact us at info@gtzone.com.au.

Change of mind or incorrect item ordered

Refunds for returns due to change of mind or incorrect item ordered (without oragainst GTZONE advise) will be charged a 10% restocking fee (which will bededucted from the refundable amount).

It is your responsibility to ensure that the Products are protected from damage or loss in transit. Returns that are damaged in transit may not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a refund refused.
